Privacy Policy
AI at Work Publisher is an internal tool used solely to publish content to the AI at Work channel (@aiatworkstudio) on YouTube and TikTok, both of which are owned and operated by the same person who operates this tool.
Data collection
This application does not collect, store, process, or share personal data belonging to any third party. It does not access viewer data, comments, or engagement information beyond what each platform's own standard creator analytics provide directly to the account owner within their respective platforms.
Account access
This application only authenticates and posts to the single TikTok and YouTube accounts it is registered against. It does not request or use access to any other account, and it does not act on behalf of any user other than its operator.
What the tool processes
To produce a video, the tool processes: a topic prompt, research drawn from public web sources, a generated script, a synthesized voiceover, and the assembled video file. None of this is personal data about a third party — it is the operator's own working content, held only until a video is approved and published or discarded.
Data retention
No personal data is retained by this application, as none is collected. Draft content (scripts, audio, video files) is retained only as long as needed to produce and review a given video.
Third-party services
The tool uses third-party AI and media-generation services to draft scripts, synthesize voiceover, and assemble video. These services process the operator's own draft content on their behalf and are not used to collect or share data about any other individual.
